MATE
MATE is an online database
that generates diary schedules, manages job matching, tracks individuals
from applicant to completion and ensures ATA providers are fully
compliant with UK employment legislation. It provides end to end
risk management processes, automated escalation points and the flexibility
to customise learner supervision plans. It ensures legislative compliance,
tracks all host company information and includes a wide range of
management reporting tools. It is easy to use, and it provides a
single accountable and transparent way of delivering a Group Apprenticeship
Program across multiple sites. MATE
uses SAGE CRM as the underlying platform.
MATE is implemented
with key risk management documentation including:
- Contractual framework between the ATA, host
company and apprentice
- Position Descriptions, Performance Management
and HR “packs”
- Recruitment tools for taking a brief from the
host, applicant assessment and job matching based on employability
skills and attributes
- Risk management policy and procedures.
Payroll
A key feature of a Group Apprenticeship Program is that the ATA
is the direct employer of apprentices. In conjunction with the world’s
largest payroll provider a solution for ATA’s can be offered
that will enable the provision of a flexible, secure and cost effective
approach to this critical element of the business model.
It is capable of processing and paying any number of employees with
various input and payment criteria. This provides for entering timesheet
information online from any number of secure and approved sources,
management and reporting of site attendance or absence and inbuilt
volume flexibility for growth and vital operational cover.
Contract billing
Key to cash flow is the billing and collection of fees from host
companies. With Direct Debit bank and bureau partners we can offer
a contract billing system and quoting tool.
Website
To enable ATAs to activate their service as quickly as possible
the London Apprenticeship
Company will make its website functionality available. This
can be 're-skinned' to reflect the brand identity of the successful
ATA. The website provides online application and full integration
with the MATE job matching functionality saving significant time
in applicant and candidate management.
Financial modeling tools
A revenue modeling tool is available to determine the billable hour
income over the first 36 months of operation based on the key assumptions
you determine.
Non competition
These business systems are available to organisations that do not
intend to compete with the London Apprenticeship Company. The signature
of a non competition agreement will be required before these services
are provided.
