• Publish PQQ (27th April 09)
• PQQ Return date (28th May 09)
• Inform successful and unsuccessful organisations of the outcome (4th June 09)
• Publish ITT (9th June 09)
• ITT Return date (13th July 09)
• Inform successful and unsuccessful organisations of the outcome (20th July 09)
• Mandatory standstill period (20th –- 29th July 09)
• Final Project negotiations (3rd August –- 11September 09)
• Contracts start (14th August 2009)
