Apprenticeship Consulting will provide ongoing management
support and training over a six or twelve month period to any of
its clients. Our aim is to help you effectively and efficiently
manage and run your Group Apprenticeship Program so that it delivers
its targets on time. Our support could include:
- Associate board membership
- KPI specifications and reporting structures
- Monthly management accounts scrutiny
- CEO support
- Ongoing staff training
- KPI scrutiny
